How long has it been? Anyways, Happy 2012!

How long has it been? Since I've wrote a post? it's been a pretty long while. Now that it's the start of 2012, I don't know why but I feel motivated in being more active with my blog. I want to get more into beauty-related subjects since I have seen my drastic improvements on styling and what-not due to watching youtube videos from my favorite make-up/style gurus :) Yes I am an avid fan of a lot of beauty guru's. To name a few there's DulceCandy87, Michelle Phan, AndreasChoice, From Head to Toe...my list goes on! Anyways, I'll post also about some of the recent events that went on like Christmas and New Years and my reenlistment. Yes you heard this right. I am reenlisting for another 3 years in the Navy. I don't know why, but I have a feeling that I will make this an actual career for me. I want to follow my instinct. My next stop is Bahrain so yeah we'll see how this goes.

Christmas was the best especially when me and my fiance's family got to do some bonding time. I had so much fun talking to mami Adela and giving her a make-over that she haven't had in a while. I remember how happy she was with the hair-do I did on her and she said that that was the hair-do she wanted on her wedding day. And to me that meant so much. I'm glad we had that girl to girl bonding. It opened up a path to the most unforgettable vacation ever. I felt at home and that God has blessed me with some awesome company.

This here is my fiance, yes, my little superman :) oh, he is so creepy-looking? lol I kidd..anyways, I tweaked up these photos and kind of joked around with them. My fiance is the best. Simply put. He is the reason how I found God. Before I didn't pray and I didn't care too much of the bible and in all honesty, I had little to no belief that we had a loving God. There's a lot of pain in this world I thought to myself before, so how can there be a God. Through him, I realized that most of human society, look at the negative, focus more on the negative..instead of looking at the positive sides of situations and in all reality should be thankful for those little BLESSINGS that God has put in our lives. A lot of a little is many. All these little blessings all lead to many blessings and leading to infinite blessings. I'm so thankful God put Alex in my life. I guess you might say he is my guardian angel. He guided me when I thought times were rough. Forever I am grateful. I love God and I love my Alex but most of all I love God. Indeed, Alexander Rocha is my Superman :)
